A warm thank you goes out to Helen Myhre for
visiting our library today! This lovely lady shared many stories &
memories of her days baking pies and homemade meals as she created and
built up her little restaurant in downtown Osseo...now famously
known as The Norske Nook! What a pleasure to host Helen for "Coffee
Chat!" Her cookbook (full of delicious farm recipes, tips and food
secrets - from Helen herself) is available for check-out at the library!
Thank you, Helen, you are a gem. It was a joy to have you!
ALSO, a big thank you to all the ladies who braved the wind & cold
to join us for a fun morning in the library! We really appreciate your
